All attendees – including presenters and exhibitors – are required to register for the conference. The registration fee includes attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and the Awards Luncheon on Friday.

Presenter Registration Policy
The presenter rate applies to:
- First authors on papers, posters, and video presentations.
- All presenters on a panel.
Presenters will receive a presenter ID to secure the special rate when registering for the conference. Presenters will receive their ID when they are notified of their proposal's acceptance in November 2009.
Special Deal for National Council Members
National Council members who plan to attend the NCCBH conference from March 15-17 and the GAINS conference must register for both conferences through the National Council: http://www.thenationalcouncil.org/cs/2010_registration_rates
Advance registration is available until March 1, 2010. After March 1 registration will only be available on-site at the conference.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and faxed to 518-439-7612 to the attention of National GAINS Center Conference. A service fee of $25 will be deducted from all refund requests received by March 1, 2010. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 1, 2010. On-site registration is non-refundable.
