Five years have passed since the CMHS National GAINS Center released one of its seminal resources, A Best Practice Approach to Community Re-Entry from Jails for Inmates with Co-Occurring Disorders: The APIC Model.  In 2007, effective transition planning from jail to the community remains a critical issue.  Click here to view the monograph.
